Hey Dennis,
Thanks! I was going to post a bunch of comments between
the pics, then I thought Nah.............One picture is worth
a thousand words, maybe it will inspire some young luthiers
and old ones like me might find it interesting. I get a big kick
checking out other builders shops, I think other people do to.

Are all these going to be bolt-on necks, or will you be doing some set-necks? It'd be interesting to see how everything is lined up before it all gets glued down. Bolt-ons, you can pretty easily adjust ... how does it go with set necks?

I wish I'd paid more attention in woodwork class at school now instead of goofing around with my mates.
What a great skill to have.

So Ed, what did you end up making the cabinet carcass' out of? And the colum detail, is that just a table leg cut in Half? Those are some pretty sweet cabinets. Kevin

:? You guy's need to move this 'side track' topic to the Off Topic forum. Someone reading this to learn about Ed building his guitars is going to think their computer was playing games with them. I've been trying to figure out how to split this topic to keep Ed's guitar project strictly about his guitars but it has become too intertwined.

Sorry Danny, it's pretty easy to get off track when looking at some nice work. :)

Great pictures! I've been thinking of building my own Mosrite myself but seeing I've never built a guitar before it won't be so easy for me. Thanks for the pictures!
