.05 is the value, voltage doesn't matter. Any electronic supply should them. They are ceramic disc.

.05 is actually not common these days. Most people sell .047. I have a mess of those exact CRL vintage caps like in the photo. They are NOS. If you want one shoot me your address via PM and I will drop one in the mail for you.
