I got my guitar on Thursday, but haven't had a chance to post about it. Too busy playing. Also, I wasn't sure if I should post in the Hallmark section or here.

It turns out that there was a little misunderstanding regarding what was available and what I had ordered. During our emailing, Bob mentioned that they had a few Custom 60s in a Silver Sparkle color that was unlisted. So when I ordered, he thought I wanted the Silver. While it was in transit, Bob saw my posting here, and contacted me to let me know about the mix up and to make it clear that if I was unhappy to send it back and he would get me the color I ordered. He was just wonderful to deal with. I was still feeling predisposed towards the Surf Pearl until I opened the case.

So... I absolutely love it. I probably wouldn't have picked Silver Sparkle before, but in person it just looks perfect. Hooray!
