I've always been one for the weird mis-matching woods, had a 4 piece SG once, one piece shined like gold, the rest were dull like, well you know. This guitar has a unique factor, I like that the middle piece is bright whereas the outside 2 match rather well.

Finally got out my trusty 66' DR for a sound check with the Combo - Wow! The guitar was sounding really good using the Mustang amp on the left so I had to sanity check it with the real thing. Such a great full sparkly, harmonic range of tone from these two 66's blows me away. Holy grail stuff, the guitar exceeded my expectations by a long shot so I had to share.
