Hello all,
I joined the forum today because I have a Combo that I've owned for a a number of years and just dragged out of the back of the closet in order to bring it back to life. I've been meaning to start on this (project) for quite some time and had purchased a new pick guard about 3 years ago. I plan to post some questions to possibly aid in formulating on a plan to proceed with it.
Really looking forward to being able to proudly play the guitar, the last time I had it plugged in (probably about 5 yrs ago) it sounded great.
I'm in SoCal and have been playing guitar for... well (too) many years. I have a few other guitars including a 67' Vox that I bought brand new (when I was a but a youngster). I've put together a few "parts-casters" and occasionally repair vintage amps for local musicians.
Thanks in advance,
-Larry
