Yes he was... And we both agreed roller-bridges are no good....He's a bit heavy handed so the strings keep popping out
Finaly I glued all the rollers and filed them deeper.... now the strings keep put, no buzzing and the guitar stays in tune.
Next time I use eiter a bigby alu rocker or an abr type bridge....

I'd go for the aluminum bridge over an ABR. More in keeping with the Mosrite heritage, plus there's more attack to the notes. You could also try rocker bridges of different material - there's a guy who makes Gretsch rocker bars out of aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel - I've got one on my 6124 and it's mighty nice (they're called "Tru-Arc" and Gretsch even puts them on some high end models).
