New Year's Thanks For The Mosrite Forum!!!

Hi, All--

As the new year begins, I'd like to thank Danny, Dennis, and Mel for the wonderful job they have done in creating and maintaining the dignity of this wonderful resource. I have learned so much and enjoyed meeting you all and all your instruments!

Much of the tech side is over my head, but it inspires me to learn and, as I do, I find myself returning to certain threads again and again.

The history of Mosrite is endlessly fascinating, with countless tributaries, and some wonderful talents have guided us on that never-ending journey of discovery.

There's something here for everyone, and it is organized so well. We are lucky to have this forum and it is no accident or fluke that it is as good as it is; it took a lot of thought and careful planning.

Well said. If you check out other forums where some people carry on like angry eight year old kids all the time then you really appreciate a place like this where all discussions and even differences of opinion are handled in a dignified manner. I check out the others now and then but it's always a relief to come back here when I want to learn something or interact with like-minded-souls.

I definitely agree with both of you. One of the things I greatly appreciate is the respectful nature of this forum. Even though I belong to a few forums, this one is clearly my favorite. A key factor is the respect that everyone has toward one another and the complete absense of "flaming". I love that. The wealth and depth of knowledge here is absolutely wonderful. I must say I have learned more in this forum than any other.

Thank you so much for all of your effort and hard work in keeping the Mosrite story alive and on track.

I "tinker" with guitars as a hobby, even trying my hand at building from scratch/experimenting from time to time, with varied results. This forum has allowed me to share some of what I have learned, and to gather important details needed to improve my work. Thanks to everyone involved.
