Here's a Christmas to remember...

Yup, been at it again...done died and gone to heaven, I'm sure now! Got together with friends after Christmas dinner...and the King joined us again!

Wow! What a great experience that must have been! I've never seen 2 Hitchhikers being played next to each other at the same time before......that's awesome.......
They look very nice to play.....I think I would miss the tremolo bar, though.....

We played mostly old classic country with Danny Boy, Tears in Heaven, Harlem Nocturne etc. thrown on for good measure... We played for about 4 hours... :D

Again, cool. Nokie loves Country music himself too and I've always found his playing most appealing -how he mixes R & R style into it with his finger-picking magic :shock:
I've been meaning to get to play Harlem Nocturne myself one of these days...and then get my band mates to join in 8-)
Let's keep playing and enjoy our music while we can, eh olrocknroller?! ;)

Eggzactly! I'm already having to relearn my playing style to work around a developing "trigger=finger." A friend of mine says. "gettin' old ain't fer wimps!" It's gonna take something VERY major to make me put down my axe... :lol:
