I couldn't get the jig quite right so I gave up on it. But I know it's going to be a rock solid cabinet though.

Re: Marshall JCM800 style amp kit
Here's some pics after it was all glued up. I decided to go with the baffle board mounted outside vs. inside mounted because if I mounted it inside I would not be able to get the thing in there with all the bracing.

Yeah I was going to ask why no tongue and groove for the corners.

Re: Marshall JCM800 style amp kit
I've been working vigorously this weekend to get this thing as close to complete as I can and I think I have. Once I get the handles in I can lay those out and cut the holes for them then drill the mounting holes. I also have casters on the way from my parents house back in VA so I'll have to position those and drill mounting holes. And I also need to install the brace that goes from the front baffle to the back cover and corner braces.

Looking good, Kev ... you may have found a supplemental income there ... What are you going to load this with?

Thanks Dennis, I plan on loading this with Celestion Super 65 speakers and covering it with either a Sea Foam Green or Carolina Blue Tolex and marshall style cane grill cloth.
