Hi guy's spent all day to-day at the drafting board re doing the scale on the clone. Changed from a 23 3/4" to a 23.5" Your suposeto get more of bell sound, and clearer high mid and low range tones, more to come as it progresses. It's all about the twang sound right!

Re: First mosrite

Blank for guitar body.

Completed german carve.

Templet from pdf file, complements of Jason Busher thanks.

Neck and pup pockets routed in blank. The metal cabenet scraper helped acheve a more accurate german carve.

Drawing up the 23.5" scale and drafting out the neck on poster boart. Writen instructions by Danny(DubTrub) thnaks.

Ink smears and .840 at the 12th fret. Working on the tuning head .795 at the 1st fret. work in progress on the M for the head.

Re: First mosrite
Hi Dennis, yup, it's a lefty, its going to be a gift to my nephew, who is a music major in collegue, and will be graduating some time soon. He plays guitar real good, has a strat his mom bought him years ago, and has no idea what a mosrite is hopefully this build comes out ok, and he'll never go back to a fender, not that it isn't a good guitar, I just think mosrite's are better all around. Thanks for the complements. Al

Hay Sarah, how it goin, good I hope. Yeah I like to build them just for kix's. Some day I'll get much better, like they say practice makes perfect. I'm good at furnitute, so I thought I'ed try something alittle different, always wanted to do this, but never had the time now I do, and I am. Thanks for the complement, be talking to you soon.
