Thanks Danny,These are the parts I have for the guitar.There is no bridge or tremelo.No scratchguard although the one on the Hallmark'59 classic looks very similar.One pickup might not work because its cracked on top.Let me know what you think.Blair

Oh yeah, That's a beauty! Looks like it'll be easy to restore too but am I seeing things or is the string guide slightly damaged?

I think that's the third '63 I've seen with the "bolt-on" neck repair. The early wooden nut is a neat detail as well. I wonder if it had an aluminum Vibramute?

Is that a neck bolt or a strap button? It's hard for me to tell.

Sourcing a period correct Vibramute may be tough, but if more modern parts are ok this one should go together quickly. What a beaut!

Yep, I agree with Adam, I've seen several of these glue-in neck '63's that have a screw stuck in the back of the neck/body joint in an attempt to keep the neck from pulling out of the neck pocket.

Some of the '63 neck/body joints are solid as a rock, but some pull out--I guess it depends on which helper he had doing the gluing that day! ha ha
