Hello all
This is my introductory post. I've never played a Mosrite, but I've always liked the body style(s) and might try one out someday.
Being in my mid to late 20s, my points of reference for Mosrite are closer to grunge/punk/indie than surf or 60s pop.
Please check out my band in th link in my sig!

Re: Hello all
Welcome to the forum CivoLee, Coincidentally I'm also in Pennsylvania. Darn, You're in Pittsburgh? I'm not too far off, If you count 50+ miles as being close. Which Mosrite models do you like? Although I haven't ever played one I think a 70s model would be better for my style.

Re: Hello all
I've always liked look and vibe of the Avenger/Ventures models, but the one that really interests me is the Bluesbender. I consider that to be a lost classic of sorts. So I guess I'm with you in that the 70s models would be a better fit for my style of playing.
I started a topic in the Modern Mosrites & Clones section about copies of the Bluesbender, but I don't know that I'm gonna hear anything much. I know Ed Roman's in charge of the Mosrite name now, but somehow I don't think he'll be doing a Bluesbender reissue. Plus, even if he did, he'd probably charge $3000+ for it...

Technically speaking, Ed Roman is in charge of jack and squat.
