Hello! I've been meaning to sign up here for a while now. I'm located in Boston and often have Mosrite questions so I suppose this is the place to be as there is much to learn about them. Of all the guitars that I own, it's safe to say Mosrite is the one I have the most of, M88 signed by Semie himself, a mini, a MK I '65 reissue, MKII reissue which I customized to be like Johnny Ramone's, earlier blue Johnny model, and I recently scored one of the blue metal flake models as well. Anyway, I hope to be welcomed here, thanks!

Ummm, I'm also not especially tech savvy so please forgive me as I try to get an avatar up here.

Certainly most welcome Tommy. You have an impressive Mosrite bunch right there!eltuce wrote:Hello! I've been meaning to sign up here for a while now...//...Anyway, I hope to be welcomed here, thanks!

BTW, for practical purposes -and also so that other members (who are presently not visiting this thread) may be offered the same opportunity to welcome you too- it would perhaps be better to repeat your intro in this same INTRODUCTION section, but now under your own name (eltuce) and at the same time starting a new thread (yours)

Anyway, enjoy the forum!
Paul

Ah, ok, am I now in the right place to start? I also forgot to mention a baritone Mosrite copy as part of the 'ol collection.

I wanna see your blue Johnny model. Without a camera flash, if possible. I was going to buy it in that color, but only white left.

Thanks, guess I have to get back to the 'ol photobucket. I'll try to get some stuff up tomorrow. As far as the blue one goes, the metal flake one isn't here yet but I will try to get a pic up of the other one. I purchased it from someone on here who is actually the one who tipped me off to this forum. I think they may have only made two blue ones in that run as the serial # is 2 of 2. I was looking at some reviews on Harmony Central and it appears someone on there has 1 of 1 in blue.
