I bought Elixir .010 - .147, but these are the same strings I put on my Martin. Since Those 2 guitars are really different, I thought I had better consult with the experts first. What do you Celebrity owners use?
Thanks
GTSP

The same as my Solid Body Mo' ......Ernie Ball, but everyone is going to have their own preference
.

make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

Re: What are the best strings for a Celebrity?
I have never liked elixirs on electric guitars, but it's all I ever use on acoustic guitars now a days. I like ernie balls too, but here's an idea. think about trying some rickenbacker round wound strings, they have a unique tone for hollow bodies.
Also DR's are great strings too, and I use these primarily, when I'm not using the ernie balls. But just like what Dennis said, it's all based on personal perference.

Any set your comfortable with should be fine.Everybody has a different feel and needs so asking other is not what you should do but ask yourself.

I meant .047. .147 would be a weapon.
