Stunning, absolutely beautiful!
I have the same questions as Mel regarding PUs.
Is this part of the four going to Europe?

Worth repeating: A work of art! Stunning, as usual Mr. Elliott.
Is this part of the contingent going to Europe...Spain, as I recall?

Also, are the pickups different from those you sell as replacements for "The Ventures" models?

(Edited: I see this is in two threads.)

Thanks Guys for all the nice comments!

Mel & Strat-O-Rama, These are the same pickups I make and sell
all the time, just made different covers, the first 2 I finished are shipping to Japan,
The 2 I'm finishing up right now are going to Spain.

Thanks Again!

Eddy

Ed, to clarify, some of the pickups you make have the larger, phillips-head screw poles, and these have the smaller flat-head screws. So there are no differences in the construction (magnets, wire, winds) besides these? Do you find the different pole screws make much difference in tone?

Also, two of the guitars you built have "Vibra-Rite" vibratos and two have the earlier style flat plate. Am I correct that the Vibra-Rites are brass and the flat plates aluminum? Given the same flip-mute bridge, how much if any difference in tone does the different vibrato base make?

One final question - any more guitars in the works?

Mel, I believe that he made all the base plates, arms, etc... out aluminum. As far as tone differences there might be some, such as more sustain and maybe a brighter tone because if I'm correct brass is harder than aluminum.

Eddie, I wish you were running Loretta's company, cuz craftmenship like yours is what made the Mosrite brand what it is.
Cheers,
