THIS IS AN UP-DATE ON THE LAWSUIT.

A LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED BUT NO ONE HAS BEEN SERVED. UNTIL ALL PARTIES HAVE BEEN SERVED THERE IS NO LAWSUIT. I AM NOT SURE WHAT SHE IS WAITING ON BUT, ATTORNEYS ARE IN PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION. I HAVE PERSONALLY CHECKED THE U.S. PATENT OFFICE AND NORIYUKI YUSA IS THE TRUE OWNER OF MOSRITE. AS FOR ME, MY NAME IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE LAWSUIT. I AM JUST GREATFUL TO BE ABLE TO LEGALLY RE-CREATE MY FATHERS CREATIONS. GOD BLESS. MOSRITE FOREVER, DANA MOSELEY

I bet you are very proud that your father created something that has brought so much joy to so many people and created such a strong following.

Here is a question for you...I am a life long Ramones fan. Do you have any first hand memories of your dad & Johnny Ramone? I'd love to hear about it.
