Ahhh! Dave Brubeck, I love it. Course Smooth Jazz is my absolute favorite music.

WHAT?

You mean you don't like stuff by David Benoit, The Rippingtons, Ramsey Lewis, Larry Carlton, George Benson, Lee Ritenour? Man that is some of the greatest stuff out there. But, I don't like country music, old or new, so it's a good thing we all like different music.

Out of respect for the artists I won't name names (the ones you mention are not included) but the sound is what I would call elevator jazz...fast food. I like all the artists you mention but what I listen to is more along the lines of Miles, Coltrane, Ornette Coleman....I also like some Acid Jazz and just about anything on the Black Jazz label...

The Rick site has a lot of nice folks on it even if you are not a Rickenbacker player....

Yes, it is a nice forum. The only concern I have is that once you posted a thread, you can't edit nor delete it after a few days.
It has a lot good information about Rickenbackers.
Hey, if Rickenbacker did not fire Semie, Mosrite guitars would have never existed.
