I bought it off someone on the SurfGuitar101 forum. He said it was from an Excellent, however it wasn't an exact replacement for the original pickguard on mine - the new pickguard is larger, and hangs over the edge of the body a bit as well as being longer by the input jack. Also, the switch placement was different and I had to put in a different toggle switch to make it fit.
From that experience, I'd guess either it was from a Fillmore, not an Excellent, or there were several variations on the Excellent shape. It was a great mint color, very close to the color of the pickguard on my '66.

Here's a store on eBay that has pickguards ready made with a 'Buy it Now' price and ships world wide. Mosrite pickguards

I like their '63 CUSTOM Pickguard set. It comes complete with...................truss rod cover?!?
