Hey [handbrake],
I shipped it out Saturday morning. The tracking number is [...]. The man at the UPS place said you should be receiving it on Monday May 4. I did take the neck off thet guitar so that it could be shipped in one box, fully insured. I put the strings and screws in a baggy within the box though I am sure you will use new strings.
As far as the history of the guitar goes, all I have ever been told was my father in law won it when he was a teenager at a concert in Albany NY. In a card game I think. He have had various estimates on the value of this guitar ranging from $1000- $5000. I have had it in my house for about 7 years now and neither my husband nor I play or know anything about guitars, so we decided to try to sell it. After about a year of researching the guitar and coming up with absolutely no other guitar to compare it to in order to get a jumping off price to try to sell it, nor a person interested in buying it, I tried e-bay just to see if there was any interest out there at all. And about 6 hours after posting it, you bought it. I will ask around my family and see if anyone knows more about this actual guitar and get back to you if I find anything else out.
Also, as soon as you receive the mosrite, check it over and are satisfied please log back into e-bay and leave me feedback so that I can access your payment. Otherwise I will need to wait almost a month for paypal to release your payment to me. Please and thank you :)

Hi [seller],
Thanks for your reply. It's kinda funny, but one day you don't know a guitar exists and the next you're worried about whether it'll make it safely through the mail. Makes me laugh at myself. Anyway, is there any background to the guitar that you can share? You'd said something in the description about getting it from an enthusiast. I'd love to know more.
Thanks for anything worth sharing,
