greetings all. my name is nick. melwaldorf suggested i join up over here through another forum.
i currently have a 1967 or 68 mosrite celebrity, and a 2006 or 2007 japan mosrite that i'm actually kinda forced to be selling. i love old instrumental music, including surf and '60s. and i'm a huge fan of quirky guitars and space-age design.
i'm not good at introductions really, i'm here because i share the love of semie moseley's craftsmanship and aesthetic, and the lack of proper mosrite information online is appalling.
cheers!
yet another newbie.

Welcome to the forum.
Hope you don't mind, I spotted your classified over on SG 101 and posted it here in our for sale section hoping a Mosrite fan here will grab it. Feel free to list it here with photo's and I'll delete my post.

Re: yet another newbie.
even though i just sold the guitar i lusted after for at least ten years, i still have my celebrity to keep me held over.
eventually i'll get another mark i style in the future.. right now i'm more interested in building my own guitars.
i forgot to add that i've started tinkering with building: a bolt on cross between a jazzmaster, a gretsch, a muscle car, and a space ray gun; and an art-deco-meets-the 1950s-meets-tomorrowland lapsteel.
they're completely amateur, and i don't mean to tout any sort of skillset. just a new hobby i seem to be enjoying.
thanks for the warm welcome, everyone.
