New member but old timer. I have a 65 ventures model candy apple red and a 68 Award 500 amp which I bought back in 68. Plan at the time was music but marriage, job, kids, life kind of took over. Don't get much time to play anymore and several of the previous band members have passed. Still like the guitar, action, and the music.

Welcome to the forum. There are lot's of old timers here on the forum with the same experience so your in good company. I too focused on career & family over music for thirty years but after retirement I found other musicians of like mind, formed a band and now we're playing gigs all the time.
