I am a very basic guitar strummer. My father was a good player and somehow acquired a Serenade acoustic which I was given when he died a few years ago. That is the reason for me interest in this site. It is a Mosrite Serenade....SN F0256 and in pretty decent shape. I have no idea if this guitar in a collectors item. I just know it is a special guitar to me, as it belonged to my dad.

You might have found it already, but here's a thread with some info about the acoustics, I think they were called Serenade and Balladere, the latter being a larger bodied version of the former.
It is a pretty cool guitar.
