Here's Johnny's!

Here is the body I routed for Johnny Sonic. I'm quite busy right now to get some other projects out of the way so don't expect daily updates

BUT I really like to build another mosrite so I started up the project...

Yes! It is time for yet another astounding build from master Oigun!
This time featuring:

- 2 M3 California RH-100 pickups with switchable output via push/pull + Hot switch.
- Full tremolo
- Pearl White finish
- Sidejack

One thing I have yet to decide upon is whether or not I will go with (black) binding, no binding at all. Feel free to chip in!

And seasons greetings everyone!

Nice! How about Torti or MOP binding?

when you say full tremolo, are you getting one fabricated or are you ordering one?

I'll say YES on the binding, especially black on a white guitar. Either a tort pg, or a bakelite. Those RH100s are, for lack of words better suited, Da BOMB! Will the vibrato be an M3 too or is Oi gonna make you a custom?
If you wanna have a little feel of my GUN and experience those RH100s you just let me know when you're in town.
Beers are on me.

A real good fellow from out californey-way is helping me out with that one. :)
I ordered one, and he fabricates it.

Cool ideas. MOP would be interesting. Never seen that on a guitar before. However, I have my mind pretty well set on black binding, if I decide to go with binding at all that is. But thanks for chipping in! :)

Sounds good to me! The vibrato will be M3. :)
I almost wish I'd decided on a custom project with Oi in april or something, that way I would have been able to pick it up myself when I was in the Netherlands this august! Me and my two best friends embarked on a great interrail trip around Europe for 22 days, aad our last stop before heading back to Sweden was Amsterdam. We stayed there for 4-5 days and had a great time! And Haarlemmermeer doesn't seem that far away. Oh well... I'll be back!!

I totally agree with Olav regarding the black binding/white guitar. I think that combo looks great even on guitars I don't particularly like.
