Well;...After a long wait,I finally recieved my Mosrite Rangers from Fillmore.and the Quality is supurb!
The necks are very good, and seem a little wider than the "Mosrite of USA" models that Dana assembeled at Front Porch for the Japanese market.
Also I got to see the new Fillmore '63 models (set-neck and binding sidejack) Dana is currently building in her shop,$3950. There is also a '64 model, with top jack and binding, bolt on,at $3650.
Fillmore advised me that Front Porch can have first choice of these new models, before they go to the Dallas show,so if anyone is Interested, better act quickly before I'ts too late!
The '63 models include s.n.0001 and 0002.

I'd like to dot that. But, $3700.00 for a guitar is more than I'm willing to go. Especially, right now.

I usually put them about 1/4" from the strings, and then adjust them for an even volume through the amp.

Good point. But, for $4000 I'd prefer they have Semie's handwritten sig on the back. ;)

I do have a question, though. Are the Dana assembled Mosrites poly or nitro cellulose?
