If I had a vote in other color options it would be gold and sunburst since a sunburst was so uber rare on the original versions.

Yeah and that brown colour that was more like black, not forgetting the very nice red finish of course strangely i think a natural would work and maybe surf green

A dark green would be cool also.
Would it be too much owning 3 Mark II type guitars?
With all these cool models out, how am I ever going to get to the Mark I's?? :(
So many guitars, so little... money.

No offense, but that is kind of a silly question. Of course not.
In order of purchase:
1) Mosrite Ranger
2) V88
3) Stereo 350
4) Hallmark II in Johnny Blue
5) Danelectro '66
6) Celebrity III
7) Hallmark Gospel
8) Serenade
9) Eastwood 300

That's all up to you, John. Personally, I think you're best off with the sunburst one you just got but that's just judging from appearance and the vibrato. Have you tried the "Vibration test" On your Mark IIs? Check out the first 30 seconds of this video to find out the trick. The more the guitar vibrates, The better the guitar body could be. This is subjective but I go by this rule and use this trick in stores to find guitars I might want to buy.
