I have seen several of these over the years, so unless the same ones keep turning up there must've been more than three produced. Made by Kurokumo (Mosrite Japan) for Golden Guitar (of Mosmaster / Bluerite fame).

If I recall correctly, I have seen one of these of these on Mike Marks mosrite site.

from what I remember this was part of a regular production line in limited quantities in the early 2000's. They were quite expensive from what I remember, which might be the reason there's not many around. Tym from tym guitars made a few Wosrites like this as well at the same time.
