Adjusting truss rod on Hallmark Custom60.

The usual guidance is right to tighten when the adjustment is at the headstock.. The Custom 60 adjustment is at the bottom of the neck. Do you still turn right to tighten. Seems like it would be the opposite.

It should act just like a standard truss rod would.
