How did you like it? How was the quality and tone?

I had a Mosrite of Classics that I bought from Ed Roman and a Mosrite Original that I bought from Front Porch. I'm pretty sure both are Fillmores. The Mosrite of Classics was lighter than the Mosrite Original. I know Dana hand wound the pickups on the Original, but I don't know about the of Classics. Both were great guitars, but the Original had a more solid feel. I sold them both because I didn't like the necks and opted for a Hallmark with Dana-Mo pickups. It's built as least as good as the Original, sounds as good to me, is more playable.

It was ok, but, IMO, I think those made by Kurokomo (esp. the super-grade Vibramute models) were closer to Semie's design than were the Fillmores. The quality and tone were good, but the neck (fretboard width) was quite narrow, and to me the guitar just didn't have the right "look & feel".
