Looks like Eastwood just released their smaller Joe Maphis copy. It comes in Natural, Sunburst or Black.

Image

The body looks smaller than the Mosrite model.

Specs (copied from Eastwood: )

Body: Tone-Chambered Alder with German carve top
Finishes: Natural, Sunburst, Black
Pickups: 'Eastwood of Canada' Custom M-90 x2
Switching: 3-Way
Controls: 1 Volume, 1 Tone ('Eastwood of Canada' Custom knobs)
Bridge: 'Eastwood of Canada' Custom
Neck: Bound Maple, Satin finish, Bolt-On Neck, 'Eastwood of Canada' Peanut neck plate
Neck Profile: Mid C Shape
Neck Radius: 10"
Fingerboard: Pau Ferro, Bound, '2-3-1' Dot Markers
Scale Length: 25 1/2"(648mm)
Frets: Medium Jumbo
Nut: Custom Graphite, 1 5/8" width
Tuners: Nickel Button Kluson-style
Hardware: Nickel/Chrome

Well, it's not going to sound the same even if you put similar pickups in because of the scale length and it doesn't have a zero fret so the open chords are going to sound just a little different. I'm not saying it's bad but there you go.

I won't be too surprised if we see them release a Blues Bender copy, too.

Eh just like with everything from Eastwood none of it will be correct.

They quality and overall QC hasn't seemed to improve at all. For the money you can get a Hallmark which is leagues above.
