Can you please help identify what kind of Mosrite this is? I'm not sure how old it is, previous owner not sure about history. Thank you!

Yes, it appears you have a Firstman built Japanese Mosrite.
According to guitar-list;

Firstman was a Japanese guitar and amplifier company founded in 1967 by Kazuo Morioka, an ex Teisco employee. Firstman also had an licensing agreement with Semie Mosely to produce Japanese Mosrites.

Aside: Kazu-o means First-man in japanese.

The finish looks pretty good for a 60's guitar, how are the frets?

-- Good lookin' MIJ Mosrite you've got there! Paint looks great, cool color.
The gangster looks so frightening, with his luger in his hand
When he gets home to his children, he's a family man
But when it comes to the nitty-gritty, he can shove in his knife
Yes he really looks quite religious, he's been an outlaw all his life
