Never seen this before. Saw it on ebay today.

Item Description from eBay:

164Custom V Model of Mosrite arrived.
The usual symmetrical body shape and pickguard, such as equipped with two groups a twin blade type of humbucker
Is a model of very characteristic specifications, such as overturn the concept of Mosrite.
There are two switches rear of parallel / tap / serial, it has become the front of the ON / OFF switching, and outputs a variety of sound.

Degree 3: almost standard state as seen from the age
Scratches on the paint chipping and the wing into the body-end unit, but scratch etc. use impression play other overall

A lefty made into a righty? That is truly bizarre. It should be in the Japanese magazine "Bizarre Guitars" ;)

Yes, but what really throws me off is the neck pickup slant direction. Its slanted like its actually a lefty.
