How dare you presume to inject, using reproducible facts and rational thought, an on-topic discussion into a thread that had degenerated from sarcasm, personal invective, and hand-waving arguments?

That looks great! It would be even cooler with black pickups, tortoiseshell binding and a tortoise pickguard...

Excellent! Gotta love the Combo - did you retain that classic Combo sound? Give us the details ...

Will be posting a video as soon as possible. It's still got a big hollow body sound! The neck pickup sounds amazing, rolling the tone back to about 75% gives you a nice Lucille-esque tone.

Yes, would've looked great with a tortoise shell pickguard but the customer wanted this all-white monochrome look. It did surprise us, we thought it would look a little bland but it actually turned out pretty sharp. Super-clean looking. :)

Gorgeous! While not my tastes personally, I think the all-white has a minimalist, all business look. Funny you mention Lucille, as that one's all black - maybe this is the evil Lucille from a parallel universe?

Great job with the build Matt.

I think the owner totally blundered with his/her color and trim options, that guitar is screaming for black or tort accents. Then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder ;)

Now post progress shots of mine please!!!!!!!

I thought tortoise or black pearloid would've looked really neat. ;)

It would look really great played in a band that wears tuxedos.
