I came across this when looking through Premiere Guitar magazine. I'm not quite sure what I think of it yet. Maybe that's because I find everything about the artist who helped design the guitar to be everything that's wrong w/ modern rock music.

I've actually liked it for a while. Looks like a fun modding platform. (And no, ol' J i m m y's not a fan of "let's try to sound like Nirvana" Seether.)
For what it's worth, I've owned two Schecters and they were far better instruments than any Fender or Gibson I've owned. A year's salary says the Shaun Morgan guitar is excellent in every way.

I'm thinking a Bigsby and a humbucker sized p90 and I could go to town on that.
I used to work for a shop that was a dealer for Schecters and they are well made guitars for the money. I'm not too much of a fan of some of the models they're releasing these days. But I think the Stargazer guitar is pretty boss lookin. Kind of a heavy metal version of a Rickenbacker.

Yeah, I've got sort of a soft spot for the black Stargazer.

Re: Look familiar? (Schecter content.)
I called Schecter this past Friday to ask if SM guitar was out yet...I would go check it out...not a fan of what's his name, but pretty cool guitar. They are not in stock yet, Schecter is waiting for them to come in. As we finished up the call I said that "looks a little like a Mosrite" to see what kind of response I would get. The person from Schecter just said "yeah, that's what the artist wanted". I was told that it is a limited run model.
