Ed,

I think you would make better use of the E headstock design. You build for a living and I build only as a hobby on a very limited basis. So, feel free to use it. Besides, your design is much nicer.

Hey Danny,

Thank you!! I've used a bunch of driffrent head stock designs over the years,
the"M" head stock design I always considered to be a tribute to my dear ol' friend
and mentor Uncle Semie. But when I take my guitar building to the next level
and start displaying my guitars at NAMM shows and such I don't want to ruffle
any feathers at Fillmore over the "M". I just want to keep it one big happy guitar
making family.
I'm finishing up the black "RS"model with the German carved top today, hope to have
some photos up tonight.

Ed, I really dig your take on the classic Gibson Barney Kessel. Why'd Frank Horton let that one get away?

Another masterpiece from Mr. E.
Love those pickup covers. Retro beauty; looking forward into the past.

That is one beautiful guitar!

Yes; the pickup covers are striking and give off a definite vintage vibe I also love the way the curve of the tremolo is mimicked in the curve of the bridge; pure elegance.

What kind of amp is that? It shares some design elements with my early-1980s Kustom I Lead amp, which allows a Mosrite or Hallmark to sound lovely!

If Mel doesn't buy that sunburst triple-pickup beauty, please send it to me. But please invoice Mel.

Hey Guys and Gals,
Well I've got the Sunburst 3 pickup "RS" Deluxe and the Black
"RS" Standard finished up and shipped off, I managed to snap
a few photos before I packed'em away, I though I'd share them
I'm finishing up the Custom TV yellow Mark I right now, I'll have
some photos of the finished product in a couple days.

Great job, Ed. I like how you carried the original design of that simple single pickup guitar into a higher level. Semi would be proud.

Amazing work. Is there anything between the bottom of the vibrato spring and the body? I assume there's something to keep the spring in place.
