Re: Mosrite Rangers
I know, no gain control.. which is a bummer... but for me i would use it a chain with another fuzz as a over the top fuzz blast. But your right it could be a problem if it's to extreme.

Re: Mosrite Rangers
The web page on the Fillmore website where i saw these a few months ago has gone, it was called grade-ups.
The price was 75000 yen.
I've had a friend that's living in Tokyo, buying and selling guitars, look for it but with no luck.
Maybe its be dis-continued due too lack of interest? at that price its not surprising.

Re: Mosrite Rangers
hi everybody from Bruno from Italy!
I'm trying to get a Mosrite Ranger from England hoping it'll sounds good,I love those guitar, good quality(I saw 1 once time),never played, but I'm in love with the Ventures!!!
I played Fenders-65 jaguar&65 jazzmaster,I miss now a Mosrite but can't afford a vintage 0ne,so I hope it will be a good deal.
I'll let you know.
ciao Bruno the Wet-Tones(if you like check us out on you tube)

Re: Mosrite Rangers
Hey Bruno, welcome to the Mosrite Forum. Good luck to you on "landing" the Mosrite!
You also might want to "Introduction Thread" and tell us a little about yourself.
BTW, the Youtube VIDs are very well done.

Just got my Ranger! It is in beautiful condition and seems to be a very nice guitar.
This concludes my report from outer space. Now, back to studio!

Thanks! I feel really good about this guitar. It sounds amazing thru the RE-20, Tube Reverb and Fender 100 W Quad Reverb!
