I agree with veenture. I don't know anything about music ground, but if it were me, I'd have my money back by now, or I would have started a law suit. sorry to here about this, hope it all works out.
Cheers,
Aaron

I've been reading this with great interest and I reckon this whole experience must be a total nightmare. I have problems with guitar dealers from time to time but nothing on this scale. I can't do anything but offer my hopes that it all works out for you soon.

last contact yesterday from Music Ground ,Leeds-England:
they say that if they don't receive the guitar(payed by cc at the order in September) i 10-14 days they will ask 4 a money refund.
the incredible-frustrated things is that Fillmore as they contact them by mail assure them for the shipment...then after the usually 5-7 days...and more after..nothing arrive to the shop(they order &payed for 4 Mosrite).
so I'm very bored of this situation...f....n' japanise!

I'd guarantee it's not the Japanese/Fillmore. MusicGround is notorious for advertising things they don't have in stock as 'in stock'. They take your money, go on a hunt for the product and keep making excuses till they find it. Luckily, I've never heard of them ripping anybody off completely, but they do make you wait. They not only do this with reissue gear, they do this with high end/vintage gear. I know several people who have waited months and months for guitars that were supposed to be in stock, specifically Hofners (which they were building in their shop and insinuating were actual German made Hofners...but that's another story).

I would call your credit card company, cancel the transaction and find a reputable dealer. Heck, it would probably be easier to import one straight from Japan.

Rumor has it he's out of business. I say no more. Do your own investigating. ;)

Bruno, I've read here how the people you've ordered your Mosrite from are giving you a really hard time. If you don't get your Fillmore instrument real soon, I hope you'll get your money back instead real soon too...plus compound interest!
I realise how much it means to you to finally have a fine guitar sporting a Mosrite decal but there are other unsung 'candidates' too out there and just waiting for you, let me tell you! :o

You know, after a long search for a Mosrite "Ventures model" myself, I finally found it at Hallmark Guitars in the USA, only just recently. I immediately fell for their quality "60 Custom", took the plunge and ordered it almost just as quick -and with no regrets! A very helpful Bob Shade there took my order and I can truly say that from then on, every aspect of doing business went smoothly -from start to finish. Moreover, within 6 days(!) my guitar arrived on my doorstep (here in Holland!), having come all the way across the Atlantic. Tell me where we can find a real Mosrite in Europe and I’m off…

Need I say more...?

Ciao ;)

brunob,
I can almost guaran-damn-tee you that problem is coming from the Store. I would call your Credit Card Company, explain the situation to them
to cancel the order, and then purchase a Brand New Mosrite from "Front Porch Music" in Bakersfield California ;). Artie has just announced that the
Mosrites are now available.......
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.
