Nicely done. The SGV is one of my all-time favorite designs. Yours threw me off for a second because of the gap between the vibrato tailpiece and the bridge.
Dibs if you decide to sell it.

You can sure see the Mosrite influence in those Yamaha SG-V's, but that's the first one I've seen with a carved top and a Mosrite-style vibrato. Cool guitar! Is that a one-off or an available-only-in-Japan model? And the young lady plays well, although I can't figure out what the song has to do with Chuck Berry.
Beautiful job! That is such a unique looking guitar, and I'm pretty certain it plays as good as it looks, or you wouldn't have been so motivated to restore it!
This is based on Yamaha SVG body shape with German Curve. It differs from Bluerite Custum that made by one of Japanese guitar shop long time ago. (Bluerite Custom is a Yamaha SVG clone with vibramute and mosrite type pickups.) Head stock design is based on Yamaha SVG 12 strings. They just shortend over all length and adjusted. Using mosrite type pickups and trem and bridge system with cut out inner part. Control layout is took from PRS so that looks and feels almost like PRS. Indeed control knobs are from PRS. Price is about 5.500USD by current exchange rate with hard case.
