The earliest Firstman catalouge I've found is '68 with Mosrites and the latest Zen On catalouge is '75 with no 'mosrites' in it.
having a firstman & zen on here now from the same era they certainly share some common details.
The morales is however a pancake mahogany body with laminated maple neck so if they did become firstman then they must have gone to a more standard construction method
