Redmoe,
I beg to differ with your opinion of our quality being a step lower than the Japanese products of the same nature.
On the contrary, we sell more product, have way more options, have more pros playing our guitars and if you read our posts from members who have purchased both products, they tend to favor the Hallmarks to the more expensive Japanese products.
Our resale value is higher also. Our guitars tend to sell used for right under the new cost. Some have sold for as much or more than the direct pricing we offer. You would be hard pressed to get that value on the other guitars you are speaking of.
Did you not hear me when I said we have a custom shop and can build you anything you like right here in the US?
Our official Johnny Ramone models are 3 months away yes. ( not long) In the meantime we could make you a US model if you desire.
If you want a Japanese guitar that's cool, but have you tried a Hallmark guitar? The Hallmark pickups roar on our JR models unlike the other products with a Strat pickup. If you want the real Johnny Ramone classic tone, wait 3 months, or order a custom shop model.
( a step lower?) I don't think you will find too many guys anywhere who agree with that.
Why don't you call me and I will do my best to help you get the guitar you want in a fair turnaround time?
If not, I wish you luck in your continued quest. I would appreciate in all fairness though if you could keep the comments about our quality to a review of experience.
Respectfully,
Bob Shade

We obviously differ in ipniin on resale but that can be subjective buy market. I do respect you reply and will delete my comments as I have not actually played a hallmark. If possible it would be helpful to consumers if you update your site with the current product availability.
Thanks
