New Upgrade BG-500 amp
Just upgraded my BG-500 amp with a Fender Deluxe Reverb circuit. I wanted a single channel with controls that like the tremolo uses a Fender Princeton Reverb style tremolo. Still have to hook up the speaker and reverb. Just a little note I did not modify the orginal cabinet at all. The orginal chassie can be easily installed back to the orginal. I some times have hard time down loading pictures.

I guess you are going for a different sound.
Did you do the mod yourself, or have someone do it for you?

Re: New Upgrade BG-500 amp
Well the orginal BG500 lived up to it's reputation! Had it recap and check work okay for a while quit working had it fix again and now the Fuzzrite doesn't work. And after all that work just couldn't get rid of that hum. And really the amp did not sound that great any way. But I did always want one and bought it off Ebay and it looks almost new it even come with the orginal amp cover. That's to bad because it has a nice looking cabinet. So stored that orginal chassie in a safe place. Now it sound really nice with that JBL 15 D130 speaker. And no hum!
No I did not mod the chassie Jeff Falla Tone Tron Amps form Minn.
