Yes, we have noticed the clean finale.
Two threads have been started about this very amp on this forum ever since it first appeared on ebay, quite a while back.
The amp is indeed important but so is money too, especially today ....I see no one on our Forum has bought it yet

After about 10 hours we shall know what happened to it!

just a thought. I wonder if Semie ever saw or played on that amp? Just because Standel made it for him doesn't mean he used it. Could have been at some guys house for years waiting to be given to him and never got to him. Just like the"prez" a guitar Semie made for President Bush. The President never saw, much less played it. I also wonder if a photo with him and the amp would show up. I saw that amp for sale early this year on the Canadian craigslist for about $3000 what a jump.
