nice gits. very unusual to see a mosrite white logo on a maple clear finish.

yeah, i guess it is unusual.
i see there is a picture of a red one
around here in the intro section
so maybe not so unusual for that period?

This isn't necessarily true. According to Bill Gruggett, the white logo on natural headstock simply indicates they ran out of black that day...

I'm no expert, but I've never seen any other year with a white logo other than a '64. (I'm not including black, sunburst, etc... I'm refering to the maple/wood color necks).

according to the pencil mark 4/59
i've had it since 1972/3 or so
i just thought it made for a nice picture
so i stuck it in there with the mosrite.
