Help w Duckfoot Tuner

So tonight the post in one of my tuners on my Ventures bass sheared off...it is an original 1963 sidekick that was returned to the factory for 'updating' in 1966,and duck foots were put on......I know it is next to impossible, but anyone have a line on a tuner or a post? Any one know of a trick to fix it? Got a gig coming up in a few weeks...HELP!
