Hi all,

According to the rumor in Japan, there were The Ventures model bass with Vibramute or Moseley unit at 1960s. Is this true? Whether they were special or standard version, I haven't seen such an axe so far. The info from plenty of knowledge will be appreciated.

I've read about a six string baritone, is that what you mean?

Thank you so much, MWaldorf ! Around 1980s, the vibrato units for bass guitar became a fad in Japan. I talked with my friend about that and he taught me this information by hearsay.

As you know, Eastwood also sells similar baritone guitars currently. I wasn't able to understand why Eastwood makes such a model, I make sense they were so inspired with this axe.

Thanks again
