Nice! Great score. Gotta love that Combo bass, if it's as good-sounding as the 6-string models. That one looks to be in great shape, too.

Thanks. For now it's my favourite instrument. I own a few sweet basses (not as valuable as the Combo) but this one is just super awesome.
Easy to play, super low action, great sound. I didn't have the chance to play this one before I bought it (from a guy in the USA). No dissapointment at all. I am happy.

Nice score popp!! What's the story on the amp parked behind the Combo? Is that an old (but not too old) Magnatone, Supro??? :?
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

:shock:

The red one is my "green audio fireball" bass amp. It has an in-built cigarette lighter... (not a mod!) :lol:

Sweet bass, and those amps are pretty wild. I used to play in a band with a bass player who installed a cupholder in the top of his amp so his beers wouldn't get rattled away, but a stock cigarette lighter is a whole different level.

Also, is that a bicycle with a sunburst finish before the Orgaphon?

Ha! There's also a cow inside... just in case you need fresh milk for your coffee. ;)

The cigarette lighter was a strong buying argument back then. It's not that I smoke that much... it's more for the looks :lol:

Orgaphon = tubes
Fireball = solid state

Edit: the bike in the background is an Italian racer finished in rainbow colors and chrome. Unfortunately, it needs a little maintenance and repair... It's my city bike.

Nice bass! These have great tone and play really nice! Hey can we see the cigarette lighter on your amp? I have never even heard of that feature on a amp before! I would love to see it.
