Hi Austin,
B202 is definitely a German carve Ventures II, the lowest German carve Ventures II I know is B154 and after 10 years of research I'm quite sure there is a chronological order in the serial numbers, more or less.

The slab body on eBay in February was B037 (or B087) and definitely not B027.
I've read that that black guitar is supposed to have been made by a friend (http://www.rockometer.com/ramones/g_black1.html)– but what does "made" mean: The whole guitar or only the modifications (pickguard, tuners, PU, tailpiece, black neck)? The second sunburst that is supposed to have been custom-made, too, is definitely an original German carve with a (selfmade) slap body style pickguard: http://www.rockometer.com/ramones/g_sunb.html.
Here's a picture of that black slab body (detail of a photo I took of a photo at the Augsburg/Rampe3 Ramones exhibition in April 2003 - credits and thanks to those Rampe3 guys around Gerhard "General" Seckler, I hope they don't mind – it's for the Ramones and Mosrite science). It may be completely custom-made, but it may be a customized slab Ventures II as well...
Cheers, Max
