Thanks for the list, oipunkguy. There's just one problem with the list, The numbers are a bit off around 5 to 8. It should read like this. By the way, On the subject of #9, The one you saw Nokie play, Do you mean the one that Adam just posted, SN B001? And here's a link to a pic of Rocco's #3. http://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyosh ... I-B003.jpg

1. johnnys first blue one
2. johnnys main white one
3. sunbust one johnny played in the early days (only seen two pics of this one)
4. johnnys brownish-black one, later refinished gold from what I've read.
5. Blue one owned by Tym of Tymguitars
6. Red one owned by Tym
7. Red one owned by Michael Marks
8. Another red one owned by Michael Marks
9. a white one i saw nokie play on the forum here
10. B003 Rocco's (although I've never seen it) hint hint Rocco ;)
11. B017 (the one this thread)
12. B018 (the one this thread)
13. that other white one (on this thread with the regular moseley trem)
14. the red one that sold on ebay a few years back (the one kev mentioned)
15. the sunburst one at front porch (although i wonder if its the same one johnny played!!!)
16. and this gorgeous gal: (which looks to me like pearl white, unless my eyes are playing tricks on me)
______________________________________________________________________

I haven't heard of #6 before, The second one that Tym owns and there aren't pics of it on his site (Not in his "My Mosrites" section, anyway) Do you have pics? Edit - Nevermind. I found this after a little Googling http://www.guitarnerd.com.au/?p=320

Here are some to add to the list:

17. White one that didn't survive (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=540&p=4075&hilit=slab+body+crack#p4075)
18. Red one owned by mosriteguitars. Restored by Bob Shade. Link to pics in topic: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2691
19. Red one owned by dcornwell. All original. http://www.guitarnerd.com.au/?p=1491
20. Red one owned by Youtuber Armstrongblues. Modified. Refretted and has Moseley tailpiece. Shows up in this vid at 2:00 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EdkrUze_VA
21. Blue one, Unknown SN. Modified. Has a LP JR tailpiece, Apparently http://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyosh ... Harper.jpg

I'm not sure about this last one.

22. Refinished to white, Originally sunburst, Guitar? Unknown SN. Missing most original parts. Its in the correct section but there's no picture of it. http://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyosh ... rlist.html

Also, Forum member t.bags owned one and sold it to a fellow named Ian who has a small site Rockometer.com (There aren't pics of it there, Site hasn't been updated in years) I don't know which color it is or which serial number it has so I didn't put it on the list. You could try asking t.bags although he hasn't logged in here for over a month.

Notes

#14 in the list, The red 2009 eBay guitar, Has the serial number B027 or so I read here (viewtopic.php?f=27&t=938&hilit=red+ventures+II&start=0) I'm not sure if this is one of the the guitars seen on Michael marks' website or not.

In the same topic I just linked to Adam said a mint white one sold for $4,000 in Japan in late 2008. Adam, Do you know which serial number this guitar is? Is it the one you just posted pics of, SN B001?

I thought it was a reproduction guitar (Not a reissue) But I can't say.

Hi again, Austin,
yes, I'm sure you're right, your number 14 (B037) is one of Michael Marks' red Ventures II (your number 6 or 7) – it has the same water damage...
The t.bags/Ian/Rockometer.com Ventures II is your blue number 21.
Cheers, Max

Any background info on this photo - time/place? Any clue on the amp behind Don?

Yes, That's the guitar I was talking about. The site wasn't very clear what color it was originally. Could you please share pics of it?

The t.bags/Ian/Rockometer.com Ventures II is your blue number 21.

I know you just posted that this red one is #37 and so did johnnyboy1234 (not in this topic) But Rocco said it was #27 in this topic: (viewtopic.php?f=27&t=938&hilit=red+ventures+II&start=0) I realize someone made a typo but I'm not sure who. I don't have pics of the guitar, It sold before I started documenting eBay auctions. Also, It does look like its the same guitar that Michael Marks owns. (Check the neck, It doesn't have a yellow tint) Here's a link to pics of it and the other red one he has.

http://home.insightbb.com/~marksma/wsb/ ... 29842.html

I didn't notice Ian's last name in the file name of the picture for #21 before. Good catch, Thanks.

Mel, my hunch is that it's not an amp but rather some sort of echo/reverb type of equipment :?
Date of pic? ...probably during the time of introduction of Semie's new 'Ramones' guitar design.

(22. Refinished to white, Originally sunburst, Guitar? =B202 German carve)

Let's add a few more:

22. B001, picture here: http://fillmore-mosrite.jp/blog/2009/12/11/2001.html – and I'm sure it's not the same Don Wilson is playing (position of Mosrite logo, shape of pickguard's curve at the jack area)
23. B006, neck only, sold on eBay in March 2005

Owners, please add/share you serial numbers…

Hoping for more to come… ;-)
Cheers, Max
