That thing doesn't look like a Mosrite at all.
In order of purchase:
1) Mosrite Ranger
2) V88
3) Stereo 350
4) Hallmark II in Johnny Blue
5) Danelectro '66
6) Celebrity III
7) Hallmark Gospel
8) Serenade
9) Eastwood 300

Been awhile since I've posted here! This thread would be greatly useful right now as I'm hunting a Celebrity. Is it my computer or something with the age of the post being the reason that none of the pictures show?

Thanks,
Eyan

The problem is Photobucket stopped hosting images that people posted in forums. It's a huge problem. If there are specific images you are interested in I can email them directly if they happen to be from any of my posts.

Well it's more a case of if I could email you the guitar I'm interested in buying and seeing if you could clear up some questions. That would be fantastic, I understand if you're too busy for that, though

Thanks,
Eyan

Hi, Sarah. I’m new to the forum and the new owner of a unique Mosrite. I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to share some info that may be of interest. I have recently acquired an original Celebrity. It is serial A0012. It is a set neck, red guitar with matching neck and headstock. It also has what appear to be humbuckers(solid black covers) and an actual Bigsby trem. I don’t know much other than that. I will have it in to a local vintage guitar expert to check it out soon.

Congratulations! That is very interesting and has me totally intrigued. I've always understood there were ten set necks made, but your serial number would suggest there were indeed more. I'm definitely interested in seeing photos etc. If you can post them here that would be great or feel free to email them to me at sarah@mosritecelebrity.com
