Hey Guys,
Sorry for my incoherent writing on the serial number location; writing on the fly too much.

The serial number is not between the 21st & 22nd fret, but above the 22nd fret with the two intials (E. W.) under the serial number.

Correct serial number is (K0005).

I just found this feature article on the Vintage Guitar magazine website, they had this article in Jan 08 on the 350 and have posted it on their site. The 300 is quoted as much rarer than the 350;
