Good Mosrite picture-enjoyment right there! Thanks. Wonderful story to go with them too.
One photo is making me cringe a little though; the two bottom supports of the guitarstand could do with some serious padding too -on the ends, that is
(it would be easy to bump and damage the guitar against them when not carefully placing the instrument on the stand ... I know, I've been there myself
)

I've never played, or even seen for that matter, a Gospel. Besides some small aesthetics, are there any differences between them & a Mosrite? Like the neck width, frets, pick-ups?

Good questions. I'm particularly wondering about the pickups, the fret width and the fret height although for some reason I don't think they would be very different from any other Mo from the same period. Neck shape, thickness and width though... Hmm.

I do not have much experience with some of the details of Mosrite Guitars. When I was young I played the semi hollow Mosrite Gospel and it had a narrow neck. The gospel pictured neck is wider than the semi hollow. I was told by my fatherthat the gold guitar has humbuckers but I cannot be sure of that. My father is 87 now and sometimes gets things confused. I wish I could answer your questions better. Regarding the guitar stand, it was the first time it every sat on a stand. I don't think that guitar has much more than 10 hours of playing time. That makes me rather sad. Guitars are meant to be played.
